(3DU) is the founder of 100% photo real human skin texturing in 3D, which began well over a decade ago.  We are the proud leader in this field and all of our content is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.  Currently we are the only 3D company that offers the US Copyright Registration seal ©®™to everything in our extensive line of photo real human skin textures; this alone speaks volumes about our company ethics and the people behind 3D, Unforgettables, Inc.

In addition, we offer an extensive line of the highest professional quality human skin texturing available in 3D that is guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated in the 3D market by any other texture artist.  We can back up this claim as all of our ©® digital photographs are of models and company personnel who have only given permission for use by 3D Unforgettables, Inc.   Tamela Jaeger, President and CEO, is, and has always been, the base model for every texture created since May 2000.  In fact, we offer a 100% guarantee that you will never have to worry about a copyright violation with our products.  3DU takes copyright violations very seriously and because of this, each photograph, texture and working PSD file has its own copyright registration.  We have a zero tolerance policy on theft of any portion of our product.

Quality is our number one goal with each and every texture or any other content we create; therefore there is no need to hype our human skin textures with false advertisements or highly post-worked image ads.  From our wide customer base, we have been receiving product reviews for well over a decade and the feedback speaks for itself.  When our products are rendered they look exactly like the advertised product with no post-work required.  As all artists do, we have our own style that began in our first texture ever created and continues to this day.  This artistic style cannot be duplicated as no one has access to our resources nor can they replicate the extensive process that is undertaken to create our textures.

Throughout this decade, 3DU has proudly offered a wide range of 3D products and services based on our steadfast commitment to quality, craftsmanship and attention to even the minutest detail, as well as offering unique products and fast, friendly customer service.  3DU’s success has been accomplished by committing ourselves to this customer service across our wide customer base and we pledge to continue this into the future.  Whether you are a paying customer or just an inquiring mind, we are always happy to assist you in any way we can.  Please do not hesitate to contact us for help on our extensive line of products, or just to ask a question.  We try to answer all questions quickly and no one is ever turned away or ignored like many other businesses on the internet.

One of the things we have noticed is many of you ask the same or similar questions.  So, rather than respond to everyone individually via e-mail, 3DU has set up our own eSupport forum.  When your question is posed, it will be privately sent to the customer service department and in turn, you will receive a private response if you request it.  If it’s a good comment or suggestion, we reserve the right to use this in our forum; however, we will not disclose your identity without permission.

Remember, with each and every product sold, free customer service is provided for the life of the product, unless otherwise stated.  Unlike most merchants, we do not remove products from our eStore (although they may be taken off line for a short time to be updated) and you will always be able to purchase any products we have offered since 3DU began.  This is because we have full control of our products and are not controlled by another merchant that can remove products, or move items to the bargain-bin.

In order to take complete control of our own destiny, in January 2008, 3DU opened their own eStore.   Prior to this, we did business with a popular merchant resource site but after we filed several formal copyright violation complaints against another artist and her work, 3DU was unceremoniously banned from that site.  It is unfortunate that we cannot disclose additional facts of this issue, but it is currently a confidential legal issue.   It seems that this merchant, as well as many others, continue to utilize our products while claiming them as their own.  We cannot stress enough that you understand that our products and resources are 100% copyright registered and we have no tolerance for violators.

3DU continually strives to be the best and we, in turn, want to help you be your best.  We continue to offer the PC version of or extensive line of products, but we are excited to announce that we are now serving the Mac 3D community as well.  All products post 2007 are rendered and packaged for Mac and PC.   In addition, 3DU will be launching our own Unforgettable eLearning Center©®™ in 2009.  We will be featuring subscriptions, tutorials, classes, webinars and a number of professional services to those wanting to educate themselves and/or their employees.
